7. Sizing and Measurements

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide before ordering apparel or other size-dependent products.

Measurements may vary slightly because of normal manufacturing tolerances.

A customer’s usual size in another brand does not guarantee that the same labeled size will fit identically.

Ordering an incorrect size does not normally qualify as a product defect.

If the size delivered differs from the size stated in the order confirmation, the customer should report the problem under our Refund, Returns and Shipping Policy.

8. Print-on-Demand Production

Most Rigi2123 products are made to order by third-party production and fulfillment partners, including Printful.

Once an order is submitted, it may be transmitted to the fulfillment partner for:

printing;
manufacturing;
quality review;
packaging;
shipping.

Products may be produced at different facilities depending on:

product availability;
delivery destination;
manufacturing capacity;
production method;
inventory of blank products.

The production partner is not the seller to the customer. The customer’s purchase contract is with Rigi2123.com.

9. Product Availability

Products are offered subject to availability.

A product may become unavailable after an order is submitted because of:

stock shortages;
discontinued product variants;
production limitations;
technical errors;
quality-control concerns;
fulfillment restrictions.

If we cannot provide an ordered product, we may:

The customer is not required to accept a substitute product.

18. Production, Shipping, and Delivery

Production and shipping are separate stages.

An estimated delivery period generally consists of:

production time + shipping time

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated as guaranteed.

Orders may be divided into separate shipments when products:

are manufactured at different facilities;
have different production requirements;
become ready at different times;
require separate packaging.

Under United States federal rules applicable to internet orders, sellers must have a reasonable basis for stated shipping times. If the promised shipping time cannot be met, the customer may need to be given the choice between consenting to the delay and canceling for a refund.

19. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Because most products are made to order, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges based solely on:
