These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Rigi2123.com and your purchase of products through the website.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the website or placing an order.
In these Terms:
- “Rigi2123,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Rigi2123.com;
- “website” means Rigi2123.com;
- “customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to the person accessing the website or placing an order;
- “product” means any item offered for sale through the website;
- “content” includes designs, text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, product descriptions, logos, software, and other materials available through the website.
By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated into them.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or place an order.
1. About Rigi2123
Rigi2123.com is an online store offering print-on-demand products such as:
- T-shirts;
- hoodies;
- sweatshirts;
- mugs;
- tote bags;
- wall art;
- accessories;
- other products added to the store.
Most products are created only after a customer places an order.
Questions concerning the website, products, or orders should be submitted through our Contact Us page.
2. Incorporated Policies
The following policies form part of these Terms:
- Privacy Policy;
- Cookie Policy;
- Refund, Returns and Shipping Policy;
- any product-specific conditions displayed on a product page;
- any additional terms presented during checkout.
The Refund, Returns and Shipping Policy contains detailed information concerning:
- production times;
- shipping times;
- tracking;
- shipping charges;
- customs and import duties;
- delayed or lost packages;
- damaged or incorrect products;
- cancellations;
- returns;
- exchanges;
- refunds;
- return shipping costs;
- made-to-order or personalized products.
By placing an order, you also agree to the version of these policies in effect at the time of purchase.
3. Eligibility
To use the website or place an order, you must:
- be at least 18 years old or have the authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian;
- have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
- provide accurate and complete information;
- use a payment method you are authorized to use;
- use the website only for lawful purposes.
Products that may be suitable for children must still be purchased by an adult.
4. Customer Accounts
The website may allow customers to create an account.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information;
- keeping your login credentials confidential;
- using a secure password;
- restricting access to your account;
- notifying us of suspected unauthorized access;
- keeping billing and shipping information current.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless the activity results from a security failure attributable to us.
We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to:
- protect the website;
- investigate fraud;
- prevent unauthorized access;
- enforce these Terms;
- comply with legal obligations.
5. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately.
Product pages may include information concerning:
- product type;
- material;
- available sizes;
- available colors;
- design;
- dimensions;
- print location;
- care instructions;
- estimated production;
- estimated delivery;
- price;
- product limitations.
Customers should read the complete product description and review all available options before ordering.
Descriptions and images form part of the information on which the customer may rely when deciding whether to purchase a product.
6. Product Images and Color Representation
We make reasonable efforts to display products and designs accurately.
However, the appearance of a product may vary because of:
- screen calibration;
- display brightness;
- device settings;
- lighting;
- product materials;
- fabric texture;
- printing method;
- normal production tolerances.
Colors displayed on a screen cannot be guaranteed to match printed colors exactly.
Minor differences that are normal consequences of the printing or manufacturing process do not necessarily mean that a product is defective.
This does not exclude remedies for substantial printing errors, incorrect products, manufacturing defects, or products materially different from their description.
7. Sizing and Measurements
Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide before ordering apparel or other size-dependent products.
Measurements may vary slightly because of normal manufacturing tolerances.
A customer’s usual size in another brand does not guarantee that the same labeled size will fit identically.
Ordering an incorrect size does not normally qualify as a product defect.
If the size delivered differs from the size stated in the order confirmation, the customer should report the problem under our Refund, Returns and Shipping Policy.
8. Print-on-Demand Production
Most Rigi2123 products are made to order by third-party production and fulfillment partners, including Printful.
Once an order is submitted, it may be transmitted to the fulfillment partner for:
- printing;
- manufacturing;
- quality review;
- packaging;
- shipping.
Products may be produced at different facilities depending on:
- product availability;
- delivery destination;
- manufacturing capacity;
- production method;
- inventory of blank products.
The production partner is not the seller to the customer. The customer’s purchase contract is with Rigi2123.com.
9. Product Availability
Products are offered subject to availability.
A product may become unavailable after an order is submitted because of:
- stock shortages;
- discontinued product variants;
- production limitations;
- technical errors;
- quality-control concerns;
- fulfillment restrictions.
If we cannot provide an ordered product, we may:
- contact the customer;
- propose a suitable alternative;
- cancel the affected item;
- issue an appropriate refund.
The customer is not required to accept a substitute product.
10. Prices
Product prices are displayed on the website.
Prices may be changed at any time before an order is placed.
A price change does not affect an order already accepted, except in the case of an obvious pricing error that the customer could reasonably recognize as an error.
The total amount payable is shown during checkout before the customer submits the order.
The total may include:
- product price;
- shipping charges;
- sales tax or other applicable taxes;
- discounts;
- other clearly disclosed charges.
We do not intentionally add undisclosed mandatory charges after the customer has submitted the order.
11. Taxes
Applicable sales tax or similar taxes may be calculated during checkout based on factors such as:
- shipping destination;
- billing location;
- product type;
- applicable tax rules.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate address and tax-related information.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local handling charges may be assessed separately by the destination country or carrier.
Unless the checkout expressly states otherwise, those import-related charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
12. Payment
Payments are processed through PayPal.
Available payment options may depend on:
- country;
- device;
- PayPal account status;
- payment method;
- transaction risk;
- provider availability.
By submitting payment information, you represent that:
- the information is accurate;
- you are authorized to use the selected payment method;
- sufficient funds or credit are available;
- the transaction is not fraudulent.
PayPal may apply its own terms, privacy practices, fraud checks, and account requirements.
Rigi2123 does not normally receive complete card details, PayPal passwords, or complete financial-account credentials.
13. Payment Authorization
Submitting an order authorizes PayPal and Rigi2123 to process the amount shown at checkout.
An order may be delayed or declined if:
- payment is refused;
- authorization fails;
- the transaction remains pending;
- fraud screening requires review;
- the payment provider requests additional verification.
We are not required to begin production until payment has been successfully authorized.
14. Placing an Order
To place an order, the customer must normally:
- select a product;
- choose available options such as size, color, and quantity;
- add the product to the cart;
- review the cart;
- provide billing and shipping details;
- choose a payment method;
- review the final total;
- accept the applicable Terms;
- submit the order.
The customer should correct any errors before submitting the order.
The checkout button will indicate that submitting the order creates an obligation to pay.
15. Order Confirmation and Contract Formation
Submitting an order constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the selected products.
An automated acknowledgment that we received the order does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.
The purchase contract is formed when:
- payment is authorized; and
- we accept the order by sending an order confirmation, beginning fulfillment, or otherwise clearly confirming acceptance.
We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons, including:
- payment failure;
- suspected fraud;
- inaccurate information;
- product unavailability;
- pricing or technical errors;
- shipping restrictions;
- violation of these Terms;
- inability to fulfill the order lawfully.
If an order is canceled after payment, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
16. Order Review
We may review orders for:
- unusual quantities;
- repeated failed payments;
- inconsistent billing and shipping information;
- suspected unauthorized payment activity;
- suspected resale;
- security concerns;
- abusive or fraudulent behavior.
We may request reasonable additional information before accepting or fulfilling an order.
Failure to provide information needed to verify a transaction may result in cancellation.
17. Order Changes and Cancellations
Because products are made to order, production may begin shortly after payment.
Customers should submit change or cancellation requests immediately through the Contact Us page.
A requested change or cancellation is not guaranteed.
Once an order has entered production, it may no longer be possible to change or cancel:
- product type;
- size;
- color;
- design;
- quantity;
- shipping address.
Detailed cancellation rules are contained in our Refund, Returns and Shipping Policy.
18. Production, Shipping, and Delivery
Production and shipping are separate stages.
An estimated delivery period generally consists of:
production time + shipping time
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated as guaranteed.
Orders may be divided into separate shipments when products:
- are manufactured at different facilities;
- have different production requirements;
- become ready at different times;
- require separate packaging.
Complete production, shipping, tracking, customs, delay, loss, and delivery terms are provided in our Refund, Returns and Shipping Policy.
Under United States federal rules applicable to internet orders, sellers must have a reasonable basis for stated shipping times. If the promised shipping time cannot be met, the customer may need to be given the choice between consenting to the delay and canceling for a refund.
19. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund, Returns and Shipping Policy.
Because most products are made to order, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges based solely on:
- change of mind;
- incorrect size selected by the customer;
- incorrect color selected by the customer;
- personal preference;
- failure to read the product description.
Eligible remedies may be available when a product is:
- damaged;
- defective;
- materially misprinted;
- materially different from the order;
- missing;
- lost in transit;
- otherwise covered by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
If merchandise is not shipped and the order is canceled, applicable FTC rules require a refund rather than only store credit.
20. Reporting Product Problems
Customers should inspect products promptly after delivery.
Claims concerning damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items must be submitted within the reporting period stated in the Refund, Returns and Shipping Policy.
A claim should include:
- order number;
- description of the issue;
- clear photographs;
- photographs of labels or packaging when relevant;
- any requested supporting information.
Customers should not return an item without first receiving instructions.
21. No Unauthorized Returns
Products must not be sent directly to:
- Printful;
- a fulfillment facility;
- an address printed on the package;
- a carrier;
- another third party,
unless the customer has received specific return instructions.
Unauthorized returns may not be received, identified, or eligible for a refund.
22. Personal and Noncommercial Purchases
Products are offered primarily for personal use.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, customers may not purchase products for:
- unauthorized resale;
- commercial reproduction;
- alteration and rebranding;
- removal of Rigi2123 branding;
- creation of counterfeit goods;
- use in unlawful activities.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the design printed on it.
23. Intellectual Property Ownership
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content are owned by or licensed to Rigi2123.
Protected content may include:
- designs;
- illustrations;
- text;
- slogans;
- product images;
- photographs;
- logos;
- trademarks;
- graphics;
- page layouts;
- collection names;
- product descriptions;
- website code;
- downloadable materials.
These materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, database, and other intellectual-property laws.
No intellectual-property rights are transferred to the customer except the limited right to use the purchased physical product for personal purposes.
24. Limited Permission to Use the Website
Rigi2123 grants visitors a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the website for:
- personal browsing;
- evaluating products;
- placing legitimate orders;
- managing their own account;
- contacting customer support.
This permission does not include the right to:
- reproduce website content;
- create derivative works;
- commercially exploit designs;
- download or copy product images for reuse;
- scrape the website;
- build competing catalogs;
- use website content to train artificial-intelligence systems;
- use Rigi2123 trademarks without permission.
25. Prohibited Use of Designs
Customers and website visitors may not, without written authorization:
- copy a design;
- trace or recreate a design;
- remove identifying marks;
- reproduce a design on another product;
- upload a design to another POD service;
- sell or distribute copies;
- create substantially similar derivative designs;
- use designs in advertisements or commercial content;
- register Rigi2123 designs as trademarks or copyrights;
- claim ownership of a design;
- use product images to sell unauthorized products;
- provide designs to an artificial-intelligence system for replication or commercial training.
Buying a product does not authorize reproduction of the design.
26. Copyright and Trademark Complaints
Rigi2123 respects intellectual-property rights.
A person who believes that content on the website infringes a copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right may submit a complaint through the Contact Us page.
The complaint should include:
- identification of the protected work or right;
- identification of the allegedly infringing content;
- the location of that content on the website;
- contact information;
- a statement explaining the basis of the complaint;
- evidence of ownership or authority;
- any declarations required by applicable law.
We may remove, restrict, or investigate content when a complaint appears credible.
Printful also prohibits the production and sale of content that infringes third-party intellectual-property rights.
27. Reviews and Customer Content
Where the website permits reviews, photographs, comments, or other submissions, the customer retains ownership of content they create.
By submitting content for publication, the customer grants Rigi2123 a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- host;
- store;
- reproduce;
- display;
- format;
- publish;
- use for reasonable promotional and customer-service purposes.
The license applies only to content voluntarily submitted for those purposes.
Customers must not submit content that:
- is false or misleading;
- infringes intellectual-property rights;
- reveals another person’s private information;
- contains unlawful threats or harassment;
- contains malware;
- is obscene or unlawful;
- is unrelated spam.
We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms prohibits or penalizes an honest customer review. The U.S. Consumer Review Fairness Act prohibits standardized contract provisions that restrict or punish honest consumer reviews.
28. Prohibited Website Conduct
You may not:
- use the website unlawfully;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- interfere with website security;
- introduce viruses or malicious code;
- overload the website;
- use bots to place abusive orders;
- scrape prices, designs, or product data;
- impersonate another person;
- use stolen payment information;
- submit fraudulent claims;
- interfere with another customer;
- reverse-engineer website software where prohibited;
- bypass access or security controls;
- use the website to infringe another person’s rights.
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to prevent prohibited conduct.
29. Third-Party Services
The website relies on third-party services, including:
- WordPress;
- WooCommerce;
- PayPal;
- Printful;
- shipping carriers;
- hosting and technology providers;
- Google Analytics.
Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for a third party’s independent website, account, or service.
However, using third-party providers does not remove obligations that Rigi2123 owes directly to customers under applicable law.
30. External Links
The website may link to third-party websites.
A link does not necessarily mean that Rigi2123:
- endorses the website;
- controls its content;
- guarantees its security;
- accepts responsibility for its services.
Visitors access third-party websites at their own discretion and should review the relevant terms and privacy notices.
31. Website Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available.
Access may be interrupted by:
- maintenance;
- updates;
- hosting issues;
- network outages;
- security incidents;
- technical failures;
- events outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.
Where a technical issue affects an accepted order, we will take reasonable steps to restore service, provide information, or offer an appropriate remedy.
32. Errors and Corrections
The website may occasionally contain:
- typographical errors;
- inaccurate stock information;
- incorrect prices;
- incomplete descriptions;
- technical errors.
We may correct errors and update information.
If a material error affects an order already submitted, we may contact the customer and offer:
- acceptance of the corrected information;
- cancellation of the affected item;
- an appropriate refund.
We will not substitute a materially different product without the customer’s agreement.
33. Product Warranties
Products are expected to:
- correspond to their description;
- be reasonably fit for their ordinary purpose;
- be free from material manufacturing defects.
Certain warranties may arise automatically under applicable law.
Descriptions and factual promises that form part of the basis of the purchase may create enforceable product obligations. Under the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in applicable states, product descriptions and factual promises can create express warranties, and merchantable quality may be implied in sales by merchants.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Except to the extent expressly stated or required by law, we do not provide additional guarantees concerning:
- uninterrupted availability;
- exact color matching between screens and printed products;
- suitability for a customer’s undisclosed special purpose;
- indefinite durability;
- results based on subjective expectations.
34. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rigi2123 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from:
- misuse of a product;
- failure to follow care instructions;
- customer selection of the wrong size or variation;
- unauthorized modification of a product;
- reliance on third-party websites;
- events outside our reasonable control;
- loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.
Where liability can legally be limited, our total liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or order.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- fraud;
- willful misconduct;
- gross negligence where it cannot be limited;
- death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited;
- violation of mandatory consumer rights;
- liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Under UCC principles, a limitation may be unenforceable if it fails its essential purpose, and limitations involving personal injury from consumer goods may be treated as unconscionable.
35. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- selecting the correct product options;
- providing an accurate shipping address;
- reviewing the order before payment;
- following care and safety instructions;
- using products appropriately;
- keeping order information available;
- reporting legitimate problems promptly;
- providing reasonable evidence when making a claim.
Customer responsibility does not eliminate remedies for errors caused by Rigi2123, Printful, or a shipping provider where Rigi2123 remains legally responsible.
36. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, a user who uses the website for unlawful commercial activity or knowingly violates another person’s rights agrees to be responsible for reasonable losses directly caused by that conduct.
This provision does not require an ordinary consumer to indemnify Rigi2123 for:
- Rigi2123’s own negligence;
- defective products;
- fulfillment errors;
- conduct outside the customer’s control;
- liability that cannot legally be transferred.
37. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:
- natural disasters;
- severe weather;
- war;
- civil disturbance;
- government action;
- transportation disruption;
- widespread carrier interruption;
- labor disputes;
- public-health emergencies;
- major infrastructure failure;
- cyberattacks not caused by our failure to use reasonable safeguards.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption.
This section does not remove a customer’s right to cancel or obtain a refund when required by shipping or consumer-protection law.
38. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that information necessary to fulfill the order may be shared with:
- PayPal;
- Printful;
- shipping carriers;
- technology providers;
- fraud-prevention providers;
- professional advisers where necessary.
39. Communications
Order-related communications may be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
These communications may include:
- order confirmation;
- payment status;
- production status;
- shipping confirmation;
- tracking;
- delivery issues;
- refund or replacement information;
- security notices.
Customers are responsible for:
- providing a working email address;
- checking spam or junk folders;
- updating account information;
- contacting us when important order information is incorrect.
40. Complaints
Customers should submit complaints through the Contact Us page.
A complaint should include:
- name;
- order number;
- email address used for the order;
- description of the issue;
- relevant photographs;
- tracking information where applicable;
- requested resolution.
We will review complaints in good faith and respond within a reasonable period.
Customers retain the right to use available payment disputes, regulatory complaints, or legal remedies.
41. Governing Law
These Terms and purchases made through the website are governed by applicable United States federal law and the applicable state law determined by ordinary choice-of-law rules.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections provided by the law of the state or country in which that consumer resides when those protections legally apply.
Because Rigi2123 has not identified a specific incorporated entity or principal place of business in these Terms, no exclusive governing state is designated.
42. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
Before filing a legal claim, the parties are encouraged to contact each other and make a reasonable attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
This does not:
- require a customer to abandon legal rights;
- impose mandatory arbitration;
- prohibit regulatory complaints;
- prevent chargebacks or PayPal disputes;
- shorten a legally applicable limitation period.
Any legal proceeding may be brought before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
Consumers retain any right to bring a claim in a court or forum that applicable consumer law makes available to them.
43. No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
A waiver is effective only for the specific circumstance in which it is given.
44. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable:
- the remaining provisions remain effective;
- the provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted;
- the invalid part may be modified or removed only as necessary.
45. Assignment
Customers may not transfer an order, account, or contractual right in a way that violates these Terms or prejudices another person’s rights.
Rigi2123 may transfer its rights and obligations as part of:
- a business sale;
- merger;
- restructuring;
- transfer of the website;
- transfer to a successor operator.
Any transfer must not reduce mandatory customer rights.
46. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect:
- changes in law;
- changes to the website;
- new products;
- changes to payment or fulfillment providers;
- new security requirements;
- changes to store operations.
The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
The Terms applying to an order are generally the version accepted when that order was placed.
Later changes do not retroactively alter an existing purchase contract unless required by law or agreed by the customer.
47. Entire Agreement
For each purchase, the agreement consists of:
- these Terms and Conditions;
- the product description;
- the order summary;
- the order confirmation;
- the Refund, Returns and Shipping Policy;
- the Privacy Policy;
- any additional conditions expressly presented and accepted during checkout.
If product-specific conditions conflict with these general Terms, the more specific condition normally applies to that product, provided it is lawful and was clearly disclosed before purchase.
48. Contact Us
For questions about these Terms, a product, or an order, please visit our Contact Us page.
When contacting us about an existing order, include the order number and relevant details.
